  • How do I get a quote for a move?
    Call 514-918-6083 and get a free estimate over the phone or make an appointment for an estimate.
  • Do you offer a minimum rate for moving services?
    Indeed, our minimum rate for moving services is 3 to 4 hours.
  • What is the estimated timeframe for my move?
    Here is an estimate of the time required for each type of move, depending on the number of beds: - For 1 bed: Between 4 and 5 hours (3 hours minimum for loading and 1 hour for the journey). - For 2 beds: Between 5 and 7 hours (4 hours minimum for loading and 1 hour for the journey). - For 3 beds: Between 6 and 9 hours (5 hours minimum for loading and 1 hour for the journey). - For 4 beds: Between 8 and 11 hours (7 hours minimum for loading and 1 hour for the journey). - For 5 beds: Between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. (9 hours minimum for loading and 1 hour for travel).
  • In the event of bad weather conditions such as rain, snow or any other inclement weather, how do you handle the situation?
    At Jetmoving, we always stay true to our moving commitments, regardless of weather conditions. Although unpredictable conditions can slow down the process, rest assured that the job will get done.
  • Do the movers provide packing boxes?
    Absolutely, the movers provide packing boxes, but they are not free. Movers buy them and will usually charge you for them. If you prefer to pack your things yourself before the move, you also have the option of ordering packing supplies through us.
  • Do you use professional moving equipment?
    Yes, we use specially designed moving equipment to ensure an efficient and secure process. Our equipment includes trolleys, straps, protective covers, hand trucks, special boxes and other tools necessary to handle your belongings with care and professionalism during your move.
  • What are the payment methods and the time required to make the payment?
    Payment must be made as agreed before the move. Usually, payment is made on the day of the move once all services have been rendered. You can pay by credit card, bank transfer or cash, depending on the payment options offered by our moving company. Be sure to clarify payment details when booking your moving services.
  • From when can I contact to book my move?
    You can contact us to book your move every day of the week, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Our team is available 7 days a week to help you plan your move according to your needs and your schedule.
  • How much notice do you need before planning your move?
    We can accept a short notice, but it will depend on the availability of our trucks at that time. We advise you to contact us as soon as possible to check availability and plan your move accordingly.
